Festive Immunization Awareness Initiative – Dussehra Celebration
In an innovative approach to promoting health and immunization, Ladli Foundation ingeniously integrated COVID-19 vaccination and Routine Immunization awareness with the festive spirit of Dussehra across Rajasthan. Leveraging this widely celebrated festival, Ladli engaged the public in a meaningful way, educating them on the importance of vaccination and personal health during the festivities.
Held across the districts of Dausa, Rajsamand, and Jaipur, the Dussehra celebrations attracted over 10,000 attendees. In each district, Ladli’s team worked alongside local leaders and dignitaries, including the District Collectors, to spread essential health messages, using the symbolic Ravana effigy burning as an opportunity to drive home the importance of immunization as a tool to "conquer" diseases.
