Internships at Ladli Foundation are contentment if you are willing to explore ground realities and come out of your comfort zone. Learning and absorbing will be a part of the process, but we want you to take back a bag full of positivity and empathy for a lifetime. If you are open-minded, carry a positive attitude, and tons of excitement to learn and drive with pride, then you are welcome to be a part of this unforgettable journey.
Since Ladli Foundation has Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council, United Nation, all the associates must follow the guidelines related to the same. Hence, we have made a formal selection process for all to be a part of the Ladli Foundation by abiding by its rules & regulations.
Certificate and Letter of Recommendations
After the final submission of the given work, the interns will get Certificate & LOR
Only completed / Submitted work will be mentioned in the Letter of Recommendation.
Based on outstanding performance, selected interns attached to Delhi Police Community welfare initiatives will be recommended for Delhi Police Appreciation Certificate. (See the PDF file)
Mentorship Programme
After completing the internship, candidates will be entitled to join our exclusive Mentee to Mentor program. This Programme is specially designed to enhance the leadership qualities in potential future leaders and social entrepreneurs by enabling them with the advanced level training of NGO operations and Project Management. The selected candidates will work as “Mentor” In the Ladli Foundation and will work as follow –
Mentors will make their team of new Mentees/ Interns.
Mentors will be provided an official Email ID from Ladli Foundation Trust for the Program Period.
Mentors will work independently with their team under the direct guidance of the founder.
Mentors may work on their ideas/initiatives related to the aims and objectives of the Ladli Foundation.
Mentors will be provided intensive training about NGO management and its operations.
Mentors will be offered a Separate Certificate for working as ‘Mentor.’
All the team members/interns of mentor will be provided Certificates / LOR as per the Internship Programme.
Stipend
No Monthly stipend is paid for an internship. Only performance-based Incentives and cash rewards will be given to completed Projects
Portfolios
Grant Writing and Communication –
The intern will gain practical experience in researching and applying for available grants to support our projects. With an established framework for grant applications, we will help the intern throughout the process, and we will also guide them to search the platforms and opportunities. Also, we would train them to make some engaging campaigns with appealing content with the help of creative writers and marketing professionals. The intern may also be directly involved in our communications with current and potential donors, whether in our news bulletins or fundraising campaign communications.
Marketing & Collaborations -
The interns will be involved in making offline and online marketing strategies to enhance the reach of ongoing initiatives and campaigns. Also, they will be aligned to have partnerships and collaboration on behalf of the organization, directly for the expansion of the Organization & its Social Initiatives to reach out to the community. The organization has some innovative initiatives that can be replicated globally to support United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. This will give a chance to connect the global population and a better understanding of international affairs. Our accreditation with the United Nations will also enable the access to make a part of the worldwide discussion of relevant topics.
Volunteering Management -
Our Unique Volunteering Programme is designed for inviting enthusiastic young minds from the global community to explore India and experience humanity through its Voltour Certificate Program. It is specially designed for enabling young minds with ground realities and field-based in-depth knowledge through its action research projects concerning Primary Healthcare, Youth Development, and the status of women and youth in the underprivileged section of the society. Our innovative action research initiatives are focused on the upliftment of vulnerable and marginalized sections of society. It aims to enhance in-depth knowledge and leadership qualities. It also envisions creating a community of young social reformers to bring a reformative change in the society by making a Chain of Changemakers. It also advances scientifically proven traditional cultural values and practices to uphold sustainable living, Such as Yoga, Meditation, etc.
Research & Project Evaluation –
Intern will learn the grass-roots realities and current conditions of underprivileged children, youth, and women in developing nations. They will know how society’s social atrocities and negligence have ruined people’s lives and are the main hurdles for any development. Interns will produce presentations and present these to various stakeholders. They will assist with managing relationships with Community Partners nationally and reviewing any legislative, regulatory, and governance developments and amendments that may impact the Foundation. Interns will oversee program implementation, providing programmatic, financial, and administrative leadership to achieve all deliverables, targets, and timelines.
