Social Impact Fellowship is a certificate-based volunteering and touring program for the enthusiastic young minds aimed to provide an opportunity to learn Field-based knowledge, administrative skills, management & planning through action research projects concerning UN Sustainable Goals. It is also a cultural exchange program that lets you gain cultural exposure and experience in volunteering by taking you to exciting travel destinations and offbeat places in India.
Social Impact Fellowship provides an opportunity for Work-based learning about human behavior, an earthy struggle for survival, pains, and aspirations; for learning beyond the pages of academic books and boundaries of the classroom! Filed Visit In Slums and Project Location in Remote Districts in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh , Maharashtra and Karnataka
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Fellowship role at Ladli Foundation in South Delhi. The Fellow will be involved in implementing innovative social initiatives to promote sustainable development and gender equality. Day-to-day tasks may include collaborating with grassroots-level social workers, engaging in community outreach, and contributing to strategic partnerships for healthcare initiatives like Routine Immunization, Covid-19 vaccination, and Tuberculosis eradication.
Qualification
Program Management, Social Work, and Community Development skills
Advocacy, Gender Equality, and Women's Health knowledge
Research, Data Analysis, and Report Writing skills
Interpersonal Communication and Team Collaboration abilities
Project Planning and Implementation experience
Experience working with NGOs or non-profit organizations is a plus
Master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, or related field
